Welcome Packet for New Grant Ranch Residents

The Grant Ranch Outreach Committee has developed a Welcome Packet to help new residents quickly become familiar with the community and feel connected to their neighbors.

Led by Cathy Satz, with layout design support from Betsey Binet, the packet brings together helpful information about living in Grant Ranch — including community amenities, local resources, and opportunities to get involved.

The packet is designed to make the transition into the neighborhood easier by providing a simple guide to important community information.

What the Welcome Packet Includes

The packet provides helpful information such as:

• Overview of Grant Ranch amenities and community spaces
• Information about the Village Center and private lake
• HOA resources and important contacts
• Local utilities and neighborhood services
• Schools, libraries, and nearby resources
• Community clubs, activities, and annual events
• Ways to connect with neighbors and get involved
