☕ Coffee in the Park

Thank you to the Grant Ranch HOA for sponsoring Coffee in the Park and helping support opportunities for neighbors to connect. 

Coffee in the Park is a relaxed monthly gathering where neighbors can stop by, meet new people, catch up with friends, and enjoy a casual morning together.

Event Details

📅 Third Saturday of every month
🕘 9:00 AM
📍 Sunset Park

Most mornings neighbors gather from 9:00 AM until around 10:30–11:00 AM, so feel free to stop by whenever it works for your schedule.

Residents are encouraged to bring their own coffee mug, and the Outreach Committee provides coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and donuts.

These gatherings are a simple way to help neighbors meet one another and strengthen the sense of community in Grant Ranch. Everyone is welcome!

Give Back While We Gather!

As we enjoy coffee and connect with neighbors, please consider bringing new school supplies for our community donation drive. Every notebook, pencil, and backpack helps a child start the school year with confidence.

☕ Help Spread the Word About Coffee in the Park! ☕

We’re looking at ordering “I’ve Been to Coffee in the Park” yard signs so neighbors can help promote Coffee in the Park throughout Grant Ranch while also showing they’ve attended and support the event.

The signs would be sold at cost only, which is currently looking to be about $5 per sign, including the metal yard stake.

Our HOA sign policy adopted in 2021 does allow yard signs within the community guidelines.

The hope is that these signs help:
☕ Increase awareness of Coffee in the Park
👋 Help more neighbors connect
🏘️ Build community throughout Grant Ranch
