Grant Ranch is a large community, and while bigger events can be fun, not everyone connects best in a crowd. Small Gatherings is a simple idea designed to help neighbors meet in a more comfortable, casual, and personal way.

The goal is to help residents connect with 4–6 neighbors who may share similar interests, life stages, or availability for getting together.

These gatherings are meant to be relaxed and easy — just an opportunity to meet people nearby and build friendships within Grant Ranch.

What a Small Gathering Might Look Like

Every gathering will be a little different depending on what participants enjoy. Some simple examples might include:

• Coffee with a few neighbors
• A casual walk around the lake
• A driveway firepit
• Dessert or wine and conversation
• Cards or casual games
• Dinner with couples or singles
• Book chats, hobby meetups, or interest-based gatherings

Some gatherings may be organized around shared interests such as hiking, music, travel, cooking, or community involvement. Others may simply be about meeting new people nearby.

Nothing formal — just a simple way to connect with neighbors.

How It Works

We are inviting residents to complete a short interest form.

The form will help us learn a little about:

• Your interests
• Preferred types of gatherings
• Age or life stage preferences (optional)
• Best times and availability
• Whether you would be open to hosting or helping organize

If there is enough interest, we will match small groups of neighbors who live nearby and send a short introduction email so the group can coordinate a gathering that works for everyone.

There is no pressure to host — many people simply choose to attend.
