Resident Portal

Grant Ranch residents manage their HOA account through FrontSteps, the community's official resident portal maintained by MSI. It's separate from this outreach site  this page is just the front door to it.

In the portal you can pay your assessments, view your account balance, read governing documents and past newsletters, and submit online forms including Design Review requests, Watercraft Registration packets, and Lake Use Waivers.

First time signing in? Use the sign-up link on the FrontSteps page to create your username and password. If you did not receive an email invitation, contact MSI Community Manager Lori Huffman at 720.974.4133 or lhuffman@msihoa.com. Portal support: 720.739.2899 or residentpayments@frontsteps.com.

Please note: the Outreach Committee doesn't administer the portal and can't reset passwords or look up balances. For account help, contact MSI directly.
